Hot Buttered Yum

What You’ll Need:

1 stick unsalted butter, softened
2 cups light brown sugar
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon grated nutmeg
Pinch ground cloves
Pinch salt
dark or spiced rum
Boiling water

What You’ll Do:

In a medium bowl and using a fork mix together the sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, and salt.

Using a hand or stand mixer, cream together the butter and sugar mixture.

Refrigerate until almost firm.

Spoon about 2 tablespoons of the butter mixture into a mug. Add about 3 ounces of dark or spiced rum.

Top off with boiling water and stir well.

Serve immediately.
